|
By Ben Bradley This article originally appeared in CIO.com I recently spoke with Dennis Wisnosky about the process of moving the world’s largest business from “as-is” to a “to-be” state. Wisnoksy is chief technical officer (CTO) of the Department of Defense (DoD) Business Mission Area (BMA) within the office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Business Transformation (OUSD (BT)). He is recognized as a creator of the Integrated Definition (IDEF) language, the standard for modeling and analysis in management and business improvement efforts. Mr. Wisnosky holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from California University of Pennsylvania, a master’s in Management Science from the University of Dayton, and a master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. You can read the article on my blog or at CIO.com. |
