AURORA, IL June 19, 2008 – The Bradley Wiltjer Marketing Group, a B2B marketing, lead generation and PR firm, today announced the appointment of J.R. Samples as Sales Leadership Practice Director.
Samples will help BWMG clients, mostly mid-market companies, improve sales process, build accountable sales organizations, mentor sales executives, and retrain/rebuild sales staff from product/transaction based selling to solution selling best practices.

Samples’ business experience includes over 30 years as a business owner and Fortune 500 executive. He began his career with one of "the big-iron" computer manufacturers where he attained many individual and team recognitions. He then became a member of one of the fastest growing accounting application vendors in the United States. In the mid-80's he acquired one of the divisions and grew it 3-fold eventually merging it with a Canadian subsidiary. He joined a professional services firm as partner in the early 90's and was responsible for it's 5-fold increase in profitability over a 4 year period. The company was acquired and he remained onboard as an Area President. His training includes Six Sigma leadership training, Karrass Negotiating Seminars, Franklin Covey and extensive sales, management and technical courses.
